Terms & Conditions
- Contract: By completing the reservation process and paying the deposit you are agreeing that these terms and conditions will apply and therefore entering into a contract with the property owners.
- Deposit: A deposit of £50 per week booked is payable at the time of booking, which is to be sent with the returned booking form.
- Full Balance: The full balance of your holiday is due four weeks prior to your first day. Sorry, at present we can only accept cash or a cheque.
- Cancellation: If you cancel your holiday the balance you have paid will only be refunded if it is possible to re-let the property, this includes your deposit. If the property owners have to cancel your holiday due to reasons beyond control you will be refunded in full.
- Booking by minors: No booking will be accepted by any person under the age of 18.
- Arrival & Departure: The property will be available from 15:00 on the day of arrival. The property must be vacated by 10.00 on the morning of departure. To arrange different times please contact the property owners.
- Pets. No pets will be allowed in the cottages unless by prior arrangement with the property owners.

- Smoking. All of our cottages are strictly non smoking.
- Accommodation. Weekly provisions of all bedding, linen, towels, tea towels, dishcloths, electric and water are all included in the price. You are responsible for the cottage and its equipment during the period of your stay. All equipment should be left in a clean condition at the end of your stay.
As the hirer you are expected to make good any damages other than fair wear and tear. Losses or damage should be reported immediately.
The use of the accommodation is entirely at your own risk and no responsibility can be accepted for injury, loss or damage to persons or property. No responsibility can be accepted for the loss or damage to any car or its content.
- General Conditions. The property owners shall be allowed access by prior arrangement to the cottage at any reasonable time during your occupancy.
Please notify the property owners if you decide to leave the property before the end of your stay or if you will be leaving the property empty overnight.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your cottage, please contact the property owners immediately and every effort will be made to resolve the problem.
